INTRODUCTION

This Terms of Service is an agreement between Customer and GhostGrouP.org ("Agreement") and applies to Customer's order(s) with GhostGrouP.org.
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY and retain it for future reference. Customer agrees to periodically consult this website for changes or amendments to this Agreement.
GhostGrouP.org may, but is under no obligation to provide notices of any amendment, modification or update of this Agreement via e-mail to Customers.



GENERAL PROVISIONS

By accessing this site (GhostGrouP.org), and using products or services from the site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.



DEFINITIONS

- "We" or "GhostGrouP.org": refers to this website
- "You", "Client" or "Customer": refers to each person or entity who applies for internet service or is a designate of anyone who applies for internet service with GhostGrouP.org
- "Target": refers to the individual whose password you are requesting



SERVICES PROVIDED BY GhostGrouP.org

GhostGrouP.org will provide the e-mail password of the Target to its customers for the purpose of allowing customers to gain access to the Target`s email account. The Service is intended to permit GhostGrouP.org customers to verify the integrity of their interpersonal relationships and to insure the safety and wellbeing of their family.
We do not have any partnership or alliance with Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL or any other email service provider.
We serve customers in many countries and it is impossible for us to know all of the laws and regulations that may apply. However, we caution you that some countries have legal restrictions prohibiting unauthorized access of someone else`s e-mail. Therefore GhostGrouP.org requires that you as the customer take full legal and moral responsibility for the use of the information we provide.
When you contact GhostGrouP.org to research and recover a password, you thereby certify to GhostGrouP.org that you have a legal right to access that e-mail account, and further that the password will only be utilized in a manner which is in accordance with the laws of your country.
We are recovering passwords using some of our softwares programs, brute forcing and dictionary attacks. GhostGrouP.org will make no effort to edit, control, monitor or restrict the content of data other than as necessary to provide said Services.
We cannot guarantee 100% results. Our success rate is about 96% The success depends upon the type of accounts and type of passwords. We will not charge money if we cannot recover the password requested.
If the terms of this agreement are broken, GhostGrouP.org may immediately terminate Customer's service(s) without notice and the request is treated as a fake one. GhostGrouP.org will be the sole and final arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.



PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS and CANCELLATIONS

a) Payment Obligations: Once we provide proof to you that we have obtained the requested password, we require that full payment is received before we will supply the password to you.
It takes a great deal of time to research and fulfill your request, and you have an obligation to compensate GhostGrouP.org as your part of the contract. Once full payment has been received, we will e-mail the password to you and then immediately delete all personal information about you and your target`s details from our data base.

b) Fake request: we are expecting to receive only genuine requestes, since bogus or fake requestes are STRICTLY dealt with. In this case, we reverse the request and provide to your victim with all the details which we gather when we received the request (your full name, email, IP and ISP address, city, country, operating system etc). Same applies to the request which do not reply within 7 (seven) days of sending the proofs. The service charge is nonrefundable after the information/services have been delivered.

c) Cancellation : Once you have submitted an order to the GhostGrouP.org, for the next 14 days you may NOT cancel the service(s) or a cancellation fee will be assessed. Once your order has been received, our team will go to work on your request immediately. If you wish to cancel the service(s) you have requested, there is a cancellation fee of $35.00 US imposed to help offset our costs.
GhostGrouP.org will be the sole and final arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy.



RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES

GhostGrouP.org may at its sole discretion refuse to provide the requested password recover service, and/or terminate your access to the GhostGrouP.org Site. We also hereby advise that all access to our website may be monitored by GhostGrouP.org. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client based solely on our discretion . Services that are terminated by GhostGrouP.org for any reason, such as but not limited to obvious misuse of the information we provide, will not receive any refund



DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

We mentain strict confidentiality of each customer. Your personal information will never be given to any third party as when a case is closed we delete all your and your target`s personal information from our data-base.
