The entire process of password retreival is pretty easy. We have split it into 5 simple steps below:


1 - Being sure.
Once you have made up your mind, have the funds and you are determined to retrieve the password, submit the request on our website. Read the entire website or email us if you have questions.

2 - Submitting your order
You must take your time and enter all the information to the best of your knowledge on our online order form. Accurate information helps us do our work efficiently. Please double-check the target`s email. Also there is no need to submit duplicate orders.
Once you submit the order, make sure you check your spam/bulk folder regularly, since our email might land up there. Be patient, we are on the job and you will be the first to be informed of any development in the case

3 - Processing the order
Once the order is accepted, it takes us anywhere between 1-14 days to retrieve the password, using multiple methods. After 14 days if we do not get your cancelation request, we continue to work on your request until the password is "cracked". The success is depended upon the type of password, complexity of the password, firewall, ISP etc so in rare cases 14 days is not enough to "hack" the required password.
Once we do manage to get the password, we will send you the proof which is monst convincing, from the target mailbox. The email we will send is usually tracked, and we would be expecting a response in real time.

4 - Payment Process
Along with the proof, you will have links to make the payment through PayPal or MoneyBookers.
In case you selected to pay by WesternUnion or MoneyGram , in our email you will find where and whom to send the money in exchange for the password.
Our fee is 100USD but you also have to pay the expenses required for transaction, so the final price may range betwen 105$ - 117$ depending upon your selected method of payment.
Whichever is your selected payment option, the transaction is totally secure and confidential, it does not reveal the nature of business.

5 - Password delivery and confirmation
Once we receive the payment and verify it`s authenticity, we will send you the "current working password". It will not be changed nor reseted ... and we expect that you do not change the password because the person of whose account is "cracked" does not suspect anything, so there is no reason the password to be changed very soon.
Once you confirm the receipt of password, we will erase all correspondence between us for security reasons.
