6- After you submit the request, you should receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. Please check your spam folder as wel, because our email may land there.
If you have not received anything it is possible that you misspelled your own email address and in this case even if we get the requested password, there is no way to let you know that your case is solved.

7- Once you have made the payment we will send you the password as soon as it is confirmed your payment. 8- Are you worried that we send the information to someone else?
