1 - Be patient.
We are on your job, but this process reuires lots of expertise and attention. We will email you when we have the desired results.

2 - Do not hire multiple groups to perform the same task
We find it uncomfortable working on cases on which groups based in India, China or Vietnam are targeting as well. They do nothing better than alreting the target, not to mention blackmails and losing your hard earned money.
Of course not all groups from these countries are scammers, but if you hired them and we also obtained the same password, both of us will expect to be payed for the work done and I don`t know if you will find comfortable to pay in two places for the same password.

3 - Keep checking your email account regularly on a daily basis.
We might email you the proof at odd times. We`re sure you want to get your hands on the data ASAP.

4 - Keep checking your bulk / spam mail folder as well.
Due the fact that we are sending hundred of mails daily, our email containing the attachement (the jpg image) may land there. So until your case is solved to check your spam folder as well.

5 - Keep the payment ready
It is frustrating to know that data is ready for you but you`re out of money.

6 - Do not trust instant our automatic online hacking.
We are working in this field since 2002 and you can trust us when we say that does not exist a software, script or anything else that will give you the password in a few seconds or minutes.
To obtain an email password is required a lot of time it can not be done instant, once the order is accepted it takes anywhere between 1-14 days to retrieve the password, using multiple methods.
